Coming up with healthy snack options is something I have always struggled with at our house. I thought making a list and sharing it with would help other people who are always scratching their head when it comes to healthy snack options as well.

Whether you are at home or making lunches for your child to go to school. Having healthy options for snacks is very important to not only your health but to your children's development.
