Menu Planning Monday ~ On track for the new year

For me there are so many benefits to menu planning such a life saver when those days get crazy. I can start my morning by looking at our menu plan so I know what has to be done by when. I can keep on track and not to mention the money saving aspects of it.


Monday

  • Breakfast ~ Smoothies
  • Lunch ~ Mac n' Cheese
  • Dinner ~ Ham, Rice, Peas

Tuesday

  • Breakfast ~ Bagels
  • Lunch ~ Soup
  • Dinner ~ Tacos

Wednesday

  • Breakfast ~ Smoothies
  • Lunch ~ ???
  • Dinner ~ Chilli 

Thursday - away for the day

  • Breakfast ~ Yogurt, fresh fruit
  • Lunch ~ ??? 
  • Dinner ~ 

Friday

  • Breakfast ~ Oatmeal (apple n' cinnamon)
  • Lunch ~ Leftovers from Thursday dinner
  • Dinner ~ Pork Chops, Potatoes, Veggies

Saturday

  • Breakfast ~ waffles, juice, fresh fruit 
  • Lunch ~ soup
  • Dinner ~ steak, baked potatoes, beans, salad

Sunday

  • Breakfast ~ smoothies
  • Lunch ~ ???
  • Dinner ~ Taco Soup
