Menu Planning Monday ~ Back on track
We have not been doing a whole lot of planning as of late when it comes to meals and we are really paying for it and stressing ourselves out for know good reason. This weekend I sat down and did a menu plan for the family as well as planned some activities so the meals would go with our plans for the day. Oh my lands I just looked up when the last time I menu planned for the week and it was in January... EEK! That is so not good. Back on track and making my life easier.
Monday (off to the Library)
- Breakfast ~ Oatmeal n' yogurt (Smoothie for me)
- Lunch ~ Toasted Bacon & Tomato Sandwich, milk
- Dinner ~ Roast Beef, Potatoes, Veggies
- Breakfast ~ cereal, orange juice (Smoothie for me)
- Lunch ~ Roast Beef Sandwiches, milk
- Dinner ~ Pork Chops with Apples, Rice, Broccoli
- Breakfast ~ Bagels, yogurt drink (Smoothie for me)
- Lunch ~ Egg Salad Sandwiches, Milk
- Dinner ~ Pasta Dish, Salad
- Breakfast ~ Yogurt, fresh fruit (Smoothie for me)
- Lunch ~ Grilled Cheese, fresh Veggies, milk
- Dinner ~ Salsa Chicken, Rice, Veggies
- Breakfast ~ Bagel w' cream cheese (Smoothie for me)
- Lunch ~ Leftovers, Milk
- Dinner ~ Taco Soup, Nachos
