My daily struggle has been go make sure my child has enough fruits and vegetables in her daily diet. Over the years I have tried to disguise veggies in pasta sauce, muffins and smoothies. The makers of natural baby food by Baby Gourmet have decided to expand their product line by releasing Squoosh this month. Squoosh is their first product under the Kids Gourmet Label. Squoosh is designed for school age children. It is great for your life on the go.

Squoosh is all organic, a full serving of fruit and vegetables  no added sugars, salts, artificial coloring, gluten-free and nut-free with BPA Free packaging. Basically the best thing you could be giving to your kid for a snack and your life on the go. The re-sealable packaging makes it is to take with you where ever your daily adventures may take you.

Squoosh is available in the following four flavours:
  • BeetBerry – banana, apple, beet, blueberry
  • OrangoBango – mango, carrot, banana, apple
  • Banango – banana, mango, apple, squash
  • SquabbleBerry – apple, blueberry, squash, banana
My families thoughts:

My daughter liked the taste a lot but the texture turned her off at first. She wasn't expecting it to be watery as she said. It has the consistency of a loose apple sauce. Now that she knows what to expect consistency wise she really does like them and we have them regularly on our outings around town. Squoosh is now available in Canada through Well.ca.

Be sure to check out Baby Gourmets website and follow them on Facebook and Twitter page for any new updates about the Kids Gourmet launch.
