Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Since getting our Vitamix I have been having smoothies every morning for breakfast. I love getting a nutritious breakfast every day to start my day right. This morning I decided to sneak in some oatmeal something my daughter very rarely eats because she says she does not like it. Well today she got it in her smoothie.

Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
1 Banana broken into chunks (I use frozen)
15 Strawberries (frozen)

  1. I put the 1/2 cup of rolled oats into the Vitamix first and processed it so they were fine. 
  2. Add Almond Milk, banana and strawberries to vitamix and processed it on smoothie setting. 

It is a perfect way to start my day!!
