Living on a budget and still eating healthy is very important to my family. I like to get the most out of our money while still eating healthy without all the prepackaged foods. I know it sounds nearly impossible but I am always up for a challenge. I actually thrive on the challenge. One way to help with that is by menu planning each week and taking into consideration our schedule for the week.

lunch - Soup & Sandwiches
supper - Leftovers

~ Tuesday ~
breakfast - Oatmeal
lunch - Nacho Dip
supper - Costco

~ Wednesday ~

supper - Chicken Stew

~Thursday ~

lunch - Soup & Grilled Cheese
supper - Lazy Day Casserole (Open Cabbage Rolls)

~ Friday ~
breakfast - waffles
lunch - leftovers
supper - Homemade Pizzas

~ Saturday ~
breakfast - Turkey Bacon & Eggs
lunch - Ham Sandwiches
supper - Taco Soup

~ Sunday ~
breakfast - muffins/bagels
lunch - leftovers
