If you are anything like me when it comes to time with my husband it always is put on the back burner because the kids come first. As Valentine's Day came and went so quickly at our house I found that trying to get any time with my husband for a date was a miss. We waited until things calmed down a bit before we could have a true date night. 

Truth be told our youngest child is only 10 years old and I can not even remember when my husband and I had a real date night. Yes it has been that long. Mind you we make the most of the time we do have together once our daughter has gone off to bed. Work schedules on both our parts have kept us from having a regular date night.
