150 Best Spiralizer Recipes

Have you caved and purchased a Spiralizer? I have not purchased one yet but after receiving this recipe book I have to say it is definitely being added to my list. Most of the recipes in the book can be modified to use veggies that you have cut by hand. 

I found the recipes to be very refreshing and innovative as well as looking quite tasty. The recipes have step by step instructions and I love that they include the basics at the beginning and explain that ere are different sizes to the spiralizer that I had no clue about that. I thought they were all the same but they are definitely not. 

Spiralizers are taking home kitchens by storm. They are a fun way to introduce more vegetables, especially to finicky eaters, and reduce carbohydrates. 

There are so many possibilities! One of the simplest is replacing typical wheat pasta with zucchini noodles for an incredibly quick, healthy and satisfying meal! But there are so many more creative main dishes and side dishes to explore in this sumptuous cookbook, including updated versions of classic favorites.

There are options for vegetarians, gluten-free diets and low-carbohydrate diets, but there's also a wide variety of dishes for meat, poultry and fish lovers. Expanding the boundaries of traditional vegetable dishes will give you so many more choices!
