Once work and school are over it seems like the house is always go go go everyone racing to get everything done and head out to activities. As soon as I seen that the Southwest Vegetable Salad Kit from Eat Smart contained Chipotle ranch dressing I just knew it would be a favourite of mine. I love anything with Chipotle in it.
Seriously take a look at the photo below and tell me you just dont' want to dig into the Southwest Vegetable Salad Kit right away. The salad kit contains 5 superfoods and they include red cabbage, radishes, kale, savory cabbage and carrots. Top that off with the toppings of the crunchy tortilla strips, shredded cheese, kernel corn and Chipotle ranch dressing. Because all the toppings are packaged separately the tortilla strips keep their crunch.
Everyone in the family loved the Southwest Vegetable Salad Kit and even my youngest didn't find the Chipotle ranch dressing to spicy.
