Disclosure: I am a P&Gmom/mamanP&G. As part of my affiliation with this group I receive products and special access to P&G events and opportunities. The opinions on this blog are my own.

On a daily basis I eat a healthy diet but I will be the first to say that I honestly had not thought about if I was getting the recommended 25-38 grams of fibre in my diet on a daily basis until receiving these Meta Fibre Bars from Metamucil.

These bars are a perfect size for my afternoon snack with my tea and at the same time it increases my fibre intake for the day. The bars are available in Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin (my favourite) and Cranberry Lemon Drizzle - and made with 100% naturally sourced psyllium fibre, a factor in the maintenance of good health. They are now available at major retailers across Canada.

I find with winter coming I like to make sure that I am getting all my vitamins and that includes the recommended daily intake of fibre so I can keep sickness away. Meta Fibre Bars make that easy to do. Do you need to increase your own fibre intake? Metamucil is offering one of It's Just My Life readers a chance to try 5 boxes of their Meta Fibre Bar. Entering is easy to do just comment below with what Meta Fibre Bar flavour you can not wait to try.
