Time to make our first Meatloaf of the fall. I find some dishes I only cook during different types of seasons. Meatloaf is one of those dishes that I reserve for fall and winter and I have no idea why because it is so tasty. We are still using our Shopease Foods Ground Pork that we got in May and it still as fresh as the day it was packaged. No freezer burn on the meat and cooks up like a dream.

For the loaf
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Meat
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk
1 Medium Onion Diced
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

For the sauce
3/4 cup Ketchup
2 TBSP Prepared Mustard
4 TBSP Brown Sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease 5x9 loaf pan.

Mix all the ingredients for the loaf together and form a loaf in greased pan.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over prepared loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a preheated oven.

What is your families favourite go to meal on those busy nights when you get home from work and school?
