Netflix helps with the Bed Time Stalling #5MoreMinutes #StreamTeam

I am a member of the Netflix #StreamTeam and receive perks in exchange for monthly posts. As always all thoughts and opinions are 100% my own.

"Mom just 5 more minutes" ... if I had a nickel for every time I heard this in my house I would be a rich woman. I have heard it all from my children at one time or another from my head hurts, my legs hurt can you rub them for a few minutes to I am still hungry can I just get a quick snack. Of all my children my son was the master negotiator - that boy thought of everything when it came to trying to stay up a little longer. 



Over the years we realized how important a bedtime routine was to making going to bed an easier task. 

Bath Time - Tub time was the first step in the bedtime routine. It was important to get their little bodies relaxed so they could rest properly for the evening. 

Snack Time - We would always have a snack for them once they got out of the tub so they would go to bed with a full tummy. 

Unwind - Unwind with some tv time to just relax. 

Brush Teeth - Time to brush teeth before heading up to bed for the night. 

Be Prepared for that bedtime staller and just give them a bit but not too much by letting them watch the new Dinotrux Favorites, an entire episode of the latest hit rolled neatly into a little, perfect 5-minute package. Making it just long enough without being too long.
