I am not a vegetarian but I found the information in The Complete Prebiotic & Probiotic Health Guide to be very informative. My daughter suffers from Crohns Disease and since her diagnosis, I have found that as a family we are more aware of our gut health. The book does have a slant towards becoming vegetarian but basically by eating a diet rich in plant based fibre would be a benefit to anyone. This is a great guide for eating healthy and maintaining a good balance in your diet.
