Did you get a Vitamix for Christmas? Do you have a blender collecting dust in your house? I have had my Vitamix for almost 4 years now. We got it because our daughter was really sick with Crohn's disease and the blender allowed the nutrients to be absorbed by her body a litte easier. Even though the main purchase was made to help our daughter I loved all the things I could make with my vitamix. I was happy to receive this recipe book to cruise through and see what other things I could make with my vitamix.

If you are not familiar with the Vitamix it is a very powerful blender and you can make ice cream, soups, smoothies and so much more with it. As I was going through this new recipe book I have become inspired to make my own Almond Milk fresh when I need it. Making almond is so easy to do and I know what is in it, that is very important to me.

The Vitamix has made it easy for me to continue to eat whole foods in a convenient and quick way. I can just throw it into my vitamix and make delicious sauces, soups and smoothies. For parents out there trying to get more fruit and vegetables into your kids the Vitamix makes it really easy to do that.
