Apple and Onion Pork Tenderloin in the Instant Pot(Video Included) #WhatsCookingWednesday
I am still using my instant pot like crazy. Seriously where has this been all my life. This week we did pork tenderloin in the instant pot and with the leftovers we made it into pulled pork sandwiches for lunch the next day. I love when we can get more than one meal out of a dinner since my husband takes his lunch to work every day and I have people at home to feed as well at lunch. Multi-purpose meals are my favourite. Is there are meal that you make that you just love to eat the leftovers more? Do you use up your leftovers? I have heard that some people do not like leftovers at all, are you that person? My question for those that do not like leftovers what do you do with your leftovers then?
