After a long day of errands and a hospital visit for my daughter we needed something quick and easy to make for dinner. We were all exhausted and just wanted to eat so this fit the bill perfectly. 

Chicken Quesadillas

Diced Cooked Chicken
Cheese
Tortilla Wraps

 Sometimes we add-
Onions
Peppers

  • Place all your ingredients on a tortilla wrap and then top with another wrap so that you can warm them up on a grill or frypan.
  • I find it easiest to cut them with the pizza cutter but you could use a knife as well. 
  • Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole or your other favourite dips.
