Menu Planning on $75
Week of January 8, 2018.
I am still sticking with making two meatless meals minimum a week. Every week I try to get some input from my family on meals that they are craving and wanting me to make. I just can't make the same thing week after week. I like to have more variety in my meals.
I try to plan my meals around my daily schedule so easier to prepare meals are made on days that I am busy. Meals that take a little more time to prepare are made on days where I am staying home. Do you plan your meals around your schedule?
I also plan my meals around what is on sale the previous week. I have a small house which offers very limited space for food storage. My husband did build me some shelves in the cold storage room and I am able to put some extra food on those shelves so I can cash in on the sales week after week.
