Meal planning saves me so much money every week. I love cooking meals that are not only quick and easy but delicious! My family has some dietary issues for health reasons and chicken is a staple in our house. Being able to make the chicken taste different is an absolute must so we don't get tired of the same meals day after day. Even though the meat choice doesn't really change too much the variety is how I prepare it each day.

One Pan Orange Chicken

2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless/Skinless)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 cup Orange Juice
1 TBSP Onion, diced
2 tsp Corn Starch
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 Orange (cut into slices)

Cook chicken in a preheated skillet with a bit of oil.

Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a place to keep warm.

Put Orange Juice and Onion into the skillet until it comes to a boil.

Once boiling add cornstarch and brown sugar and cook until thickened.

Once it has thickened add chicken back in.

Garnish with a slice of orange when serving.

Does your family eat a lot of the same meat and meals over and over? How do you try to make it taste new?
