Meatloaf in our house is definitely a comfort food no matter the time of the year. When life throws you some lemons I find great comfort in making our favourite meals to help get us through the little bumps in the road.

I find Christmas makes the bumps in the road seem bigger because of the pressure put on ourselves. We want to give our family everything and we often feel like we can't do enough. In our family, we do everything on a budget including our Christmas Family Traditions. The memories we create with our family is the most important thing we can give them no matter the time of year. It took me a lot of years to realize that and now that I have I feel the need to pass it on to all of you. Be present in everything you do with your family. Put your technology away and enjoy them. Enjoy life!
